Irritation

I took out a 30 day trial at the end of which I bought the Norton Security package. Every day since I bought it, I still keep getting a message popping up that tells me my computer is at risk as my trial is up and I need to buy the package. It is getting very irritating as I bought it over a week ago and still keep getting the message...why?

Activate your Norton product

  1. Start your Norton product.
  2. On the Norton product window, next to the subscription status, click Renew or Activate Now.
  3. Click I have a key or code to enter. ...
  4. Type in your product key, and click Next.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Review your subscription details, and then click Done.

Re: Irritation

Hello

Did you restart your computer? If Windows 8.1 or 10, did you turn off Fast Startup? It takes a while for the popup Team to get caught up with the purchasing Team. The 2 Teams probably needs better communication to stay current.

Thanks.
