Issue with Norton Server

Having issue with opening my vault and connecting to Norton Server: "We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Try again later. (-500)".

1) What is the meaning of "-500"? 
2) Is solution for this error message identical to similar error messages but ending with "(-6)" or "(-1010)?

Today is Saturday, July 18th. Is anybody working on the issue I and, as you were saying, others encountered? I spent yesterday with your support group almost 8 hours, if not more, helping you to gather information data for resolution of the issue. Should I and others expect the resolution over the weekend?

I doubt if you will hear from Sunil during the weekend.  Usually it takes at least a little while until a solution is found for a problem. I doubt there will be a solution found over the weekend since they have to find the cause of a issue and then find a fix for the issue and test it out to make sure it works for all possible cases of the issue. This process takes more than a day or 2 to do especially when it's over a weekend unless it's a problem that is happening to a lot of people. Sorry, I hope that I am incorrect, but this is what I think. Thanks.
