Issue with Norton toolbar for Firefox?

I am on Windows 10 and have NSBU version 22.5.5.15 installed. My 'Identity' screen on Norton Security appears like this:

In other PCs it shows a green 'On' instead of a red 'Configure'. When I click on 'Configure', a window opens up ( Secure your Firefox browser with the Norton Toolbar )  showing how to make sure that the toolbar is enabled in Firefox. It is:

What exactly am I missing?

Edited to bring up this image of the Vault Settings page, which besides showing an exclamation mark on the 'General' tab, also seems to imply that the configuration is for IE and not for Firefox, which is contrary to what the other images show:

Got it!...

After a substantial amount of time looking around and researching, I finally found the solution and, to be honest, it reminds me of that old legend about Columbus and the egg, for those of may know the story... Actually, it was even simpler:

Everything looked OK but, for reasons unbeknownst to me, the line for "Norton Toolbar" under (Firefox) > View > Toolbars was unchecked.

It just hit my mind that I had had this issue before (one year ago or so) and this made me go there and check -- right on!...

So if anyone about as rookie as me finds him/herself in similar straights, please do a favor to your good-selves and look for the simplest possibilities first... Sometimes (but, sadly, no always ) you may be pleasantly surprised...

Cheers!

Re: Issue with Norton toolbar for Firefox?

Norton 360 fails in many respects (especially with passwords, login at each new session, etc.) as used with the newest versions of WIN10 and Firefox. Norton Support for 6-9+ months has been saying their engineers are working on it. NOT!

I am not renewing until they fix it. Very unhappy that a program I knew and loved is now broken.

Rise up users!

May I laugh?

Sorry - but if you knew how many times the placement of that exact checkmark has brought about a fix for the "No NTB" in both Internet Explorer and FF you would be amazed.

It has to rate up there with "Have you REBOOTED" for easy fixes!
