Issues with Restore files, NOB

Hello,

I am using Mac OS X 10.7.5, Safari is my browser.

I am trying to access my Restore files from NOB. The NOB backed up the system and files and is ok. When I click on Restore Files or Download File, a window says that there was an issue and we are working on the issue 500, click the link to go back to your page. This has been happening for a few days. 

It worked one time but then it stopped and why I am in this situation.

I need to get some files from restore. Is there anything that will work?

I was on remote control with customer service fro 2 hours and he could not get it to work. He reinsatlled the antivirus incase it was the firewall, he tried to change the DNS, he tried to reinstall NOB and nothing worked.

Any help on this topic out there. I really need to get the files. I am on a deadline.

Hello Jason

The 500 error is something we recently released a fix to resolve among several other enhancements for restore. The likely scenario here is there are multiple restores queued for processing so it won't let you start another. Check your private messages for some contact info. That'll help you get to the right source to get this matter resolved in a timely manner. 

Once we get this one blocker resolved the restore should go smoothly.
