Report site through Norton Feedback for Identity Safe.

Try page refresh.  Try placing cursor.  Try rebuilding site credentials.

When you say rebuilding site credentials do you mean deleting offending site and add as new. I did that with another site that gave me similar issues and it fixed it. Was hoping it won’t have to go that far again.

Yes....delete and add as new.  Or, just temporary remove matching URL on problematic credentials.  Then auto create or manual re-do as new creds.  Just to see.

I've had to re-do site credentials.   $.02

I’ll give it a try tomorrow and report back. Thanks.

It is very possible. Some sites let you auto-fill the credentials, but won't accept them until you type something in the text box. Usually adding and deleting a space will take care of that.

They can also prevent you from doing a copy/paste. Norton does that when you go to open your vault.

Is this banking site Royal Bank of Canada?  That site quit working for me at least a month ago.  I've submitted it to Norton a few times and as of today, it still doesn't work.
