I've "chatted" twice with off-shore. How do I "talk" with someone at Norton

Have 2009 HP laptop on Windows Vista. Opened my Norton 360, logged into Identity Safe. Pop-up requested that I create new log-in for ID Safe.  I did so..and lost over 100 in Identity Safe. Have "chatted" with off-shore on Norton "help" and told nothing can be done.  HELP

Can you check in your Documents folder and see if you have a Norton Identity Safe Backups folder?

A little bit of knowledge is... well a little bit of knowledge.

I do not see that folder. I just think that someone with knowledge and skill at Norton can retrieve my deleted log-ins. As a low-level individual customer, I may not be important enough to spend the time and effort.  But to me, this is a DISASTER.

You need to go to the following in order to locate your ID safe Backup folder:

C:\Users\Yourusername\Documents\N360\email address of your Norton Account
