I have been using JustCloud to backup my files for some time. It stopped working in September. In reviewing previous threads it appears that this was a problem a few years ago. Has anyone had this problem recently ad if so how was it resolved. When talking with JustCloud they suggested that I uninstall Norton, install their software and then reinstall NAV. Does this fix the problem? I seem to remeberm that I had this problem a while ago, fixed it and now it has reappeared.
