licence key problem after applying the 61Mb update of 06/11/15

About a week ago my license for Norton was due to expire so I bought and applied a new license key.

This morning after installing the 61mb update that became available last night I rebooted and Norton said my key had expired.

I logged into my account and found out that somehow the update had also "reverted" my license key to the old expired key, and I had to re-apply the new key ... a bit of a bother.... I have several computers using NS ... I will have to see what happens to those when I update them....

Does the new key show up in your Norton Account?

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus 22.19.8.65 Core Firmware 282 Chrome latest version.

Yes the new key does show up in my account and with some fiddling around I was able to re-apply the new key successfully.

I just wanted to let the development team know that something funny seemed to be going on.....
