Linking new Security Suite install to my existing Norton account

I installed a new Security Suite (via Comcast) in my new Windows 10 PC.  When I try to use Identity Safe it only allows me to set up a new account. How do I use my existing account?

NSS does not have a Norton account associated so you can't use an online vault.

You will have to create a local vault on your Win10 machine and import your current logins from your online vault on an another machine.

Ouch! All my machines now have NSS. Any suggestions for how to get my logins from my Online account?

Do you have another machine with an Online Vault?  If so, then open the vault on the other machine > click the Settings Gear icon > Import / Export tab > Export Vault > select a location where you can find it, like an external USB Flash Drive.  On your Win10 machine once you've created the Local Vault do the sa,e procedure export choose Import.

On your Win10 machine did you have a retail version of Norton before NSS?  If you go to your Documents folder do you have a Norton Identity Safe Backups folder?  You can use the latest backup to import as above.
