LiveUpdate say no new updates but still "Restart Now" button

Norton Security just installed five days ago.  Ran LiveUpdate this morning and this is strange.

---

Check for Updates - Completed

Download Updates - Not required (grayed)

Process Updates - Not required (grayed)

Two buttons:  Restart Now, Restart Later

Shown a top, "a previously installed update is awaiting restart"

----

I see no reason for this.  I will Restart, according to the button, anyway.  (Windows Vista, laptop, already did two LiveUpdates after installing Norton Security "five" days ago).

sounds like pending update, requires restart

FWIW ~ I'll run LiveUpdate at start and end of session.

I did not yet ready the link, but did the Restart.  Once settled, I ran another LiveUpdate.  Caption at top said all is now up to date or no new updates.  Also, took one more update item.  No problems seen.

The site is not allowing an edit.  The trailing "-y" on "read"  is a mistake and may confuse the reader.  I did not yet READ the link...

I will check the hyperlink now.

Maybe, 60 minute edit time has expired.  No biggy.
