Local vault not in sync with cloud vault

I'm using Windows 10 and since my last install of Norton Security Premium, the local vault is out of sync with the cloud vault. I have 16 entries in the local vault and 100+ in the cloud vault. The Norton login and password and the vault password has not changed. How do I sync the local vault to the cloud vault?

When you say local vault, is this a vault that is stored locally on your computer? If so, it will not sync with a cloud vault. They are not connected in any way.

What browser(s) are you using to check these 2 vaults?

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
