For security reasons, if you have forgotten your Identity Safe vault password, you cannot reset or retrieve the vault password. When you delete the online vault, all your stored data is lost. However, if you have exported or backed up your vault, you can import this data in to your new vault.https://identitysafe.norton.com/faq
Do you have an Online Vault | Local Vault | StandAlone ID SafePlease make sure you are accessing your vault correctly as you will loose all data when you delete your Identity Safe vault.

Hi, My vault is online only. I understand that my data will be lost if my vault is deleted. That is ok. Next time I will be more careful. Please delete my vault. Thanks, Billh
Delete is an end user function. Even Online ~ Please Export a backup csv and dat after you resolve issue... just in case.
