I'd like to give someone at Norton Internet Security some customer feedback via email and don't know the email address to send it to. The feedback is about two viruses that Norton Internet Security didn't block and the need to reload Norton Internet Security after every Microsoft restore. Any recommendations ?

Re: Lynn Pohl

System Restore is known to / may damage Norton ~ If you opt for System Restore.  Try first to disable Norton Product Tamper Protection.  Then remember to enable after.
System Restore is not known as a cure all for infections.

Re: Lynn Pohl

System Restore will revert some of Norton's registry entries to an earlier state that will not match correctly with current Norton program files.  There is no way to avoid this, as that is a function of the restore operation.  It is frequently necessary to reinstall Norton after having run System Restore.

Hello Lynn Pohl

Do you have any other security products installed besides your Norton Internet Security? Also, what version of NIS are you using.? Please see Help, about for the version number.  For security purposes,  please don't post any personal information. Thanks.
