Make Chrome toolbar static

Cant believe this is STILL going on. Why must we continue to suffer seeing the toolbar reload itself every single time when going to webpages or refreshing them. This drives me up the wall. Just make it static like in Firefox.

So which way is it?

Good job yank.......................Honestly speaking I have no need for the toolbar or the identity theft. The first thing I do after installing Norton is open up the browser (Chrome) and close out the Norton toolbar. Not disable it. Just click on the "x" on the left. You still get site ratings. I use Lastpass for my password manager which works a million times better than Norton Identity safe.

Really? You are going to quote me from my other post? I stand by what I said. I expected more from you yank rather then a poor troll attempt with absolutely nothing to offer regarding this thread. At least the damn thing works well with Chrome other then the toolbar not staying static. Its my only minor complaint. Does not even come close comparing with what they done to it in Firefox. Total abomination.
