Message "Coming Soon" after update to latest version

Since upgrading Norton to the new version I have started getting this message when I try to manually run live update or even try to click on the icon in system tray. Not sure what is going on with my Norton and is it even protecting my systems?

Re: Message "Coming Soon" after update to latest version

Hi @buzzlityr,

Thanks for reporting an issue Norton Community Forums. Norton UI shows "Coming soon" issue should be resolved in latest Norton 22.10.0.85 version. Can you please reinstall latest version and let us know if you are still facing this issue?

Re: Message "Coming Soon" after update to latest version

buzzlityr  & Sunil Just wanted to interject some small notes for the OP.

-The first is what OS are they using, if Windows 10 has "fast boot" been disabled.

https://community.norton.com/en/forums/windows-881-or-10-and-fast-start-feature-0

-Has their been an initial reboot since the install? If so the install is corrupted. From the attached photo as you stated a R&R is in order. I have added the link for that tool below for the OP.

Hope this helps in some way.

Re: Message "Coming Soon" after update to latest version

I did discover that "fast boot" was enabled on my system running Windows 10. I disabled it and now will do a remove and reinstall to see if the issue still exist.

Thank you so much for your quick response.

Re: Message "Coming Soon" after update to latest version

All: Norton has released another update via live updates, I have no clue whether it corrects known issues we are all following here in the forums but will report what I find after updating. If the issue/bug in this thread has been corrected someone with that issue please post that it is indeed corrected. I can verify the issue in another thread where the ID Safe logins scroll was flickering and that has been corrected with this update.
