Missing ID Safe Icon from Toolbar

Have installed the ID safe extension to firefox (53.0.3) and no icon is showing on the tool bar. I have the 'Norton toolbar' ticked and is showing safe search ect but no ID safe icon.

Also whatever website I visit the login will not populate, just show the grey 'keyhole' icon. And yes I have logged into the ID Safe so that it should auto fill for that site I visit.

Could someone please advice what I'm doing wrong, thank you

PC details, Windows 10 (upgraded from 8.1) running with fast start-up off, and have done a restart after installing ID safe. Norton Security 22.9.4.8

Re: Missing ID Safe Icon from Toolbar

Try clicking on the gray Keyhole Icon in the upper right corner - after making sure you are signed into your Norton Account and your Vault.  Then click on the three dots (lower right corner of drop down) and select Settings.  Select Autofilling and the logins should populate when you go to them.

Re: Missing ID Safe Icon from Toolbar

Thanks yank for the suggestion, but unfortunately I do not have the keyhole icon in the top right, nothing is displayed on the toolbar at all.

But I have been into my ID Safe and looked under settings, and can confirm that it already has the autofill box ticked and logins still will not populate.

Thanks.

Re: Missing ID Safe Icon from Toolbar

Have solved this problem by removing firefox (including personal settings) and reinstalling a fresh copy. Now have the key lock icon top right, and logins populate.

Thanks for your time.
