Missing product in my norton account

I have activate a product key for Norton Security for 10 devices.

Is all OK and word corretly, but when i open my norton account 

the product don't appair in the "Service Product"

Can i locate which norton account is link with my product key?

When you open the Services page for your Norton Account, look for "Show:All Services" near the top right of the page. Hover your cursor over that and then click on Active. That will list all the active Norton product subscriptions in your Account. Click on the one you want to manage, and it will show your product key and all devices activated on that key.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
