My computer is indeed online, but Backup says it is not, and stopped backing up two weeks ago. I have reinstalled twice without uninstalling. What should i do? Thank you.
The online status is telling you whether or not the NOBU agent on that machine is successfully commmunicating with our servers. Have you tried rebooting the machine? Sometimes the agent can stop responding.
