Hi, Darris. What kind of issue ? Against each device you have a pen icon so you can edit details, but please advise what issue you need to fix.
Support can often help with simple subscription problems. http://norton.com/chat
I have the same problem, Norton mentions that I have an Issue in one of my devices, when I click to see what issue I get an error message saying:
Also, even my devices are connected to the internet Norton shows that they are offline.
I am having the same issues Jeff Med.
This happens from time to time. Try again, and if you still have a problem contact Support.
Same here... been happening since late yesterday. Contacted a rep today via chat at 3:20PM EST. He tried bunch of stuff... with no luck. I finally agreed to turn over control of my PC... he deactivated and reactivated "all" my devices in two different subscriptions, tried several more things. All my devices came back Active "except" for the one device I was originally reported as ISSUE FOUND. After 20 minutes with no fix he eventually replied "This issue may occur when there is a problem with the Symantec server. Please try accessing your account later. (After 2-3 hours)
I waited 8 hours just to be safe... just tried. Still no good. Still shows "ISSUE FOUND. If it this was with one of my Security Deluxe subscriptions I wouldn't panic, but its happening with my Norton Mobile Security subscription. In the meantime I'm left with no way to use any of the remote security functions (i.e., scream, locate, lock, wipe) should I lose my phone before this issue is fixed.
Sounds like someone might need to reboot the Symantec server. I'll tr again tomorrow morning. Hopefully the Symantec folks will get to the bottom of this issue overnight.
Good news.. checked first thing this morning and the ISSUE FOUND message is gone. All my devices now showing PROTECTED.
If I notice this problem again in the future I'll just give it 24 hours or so to clear itself up.
Folks, in the event an issue appears as this one you can always check the status of all Norton services at this link. You can also check your Norton account with the provided links.
Great tip! Thanks (Bookmarked it for future reference)
While we are adding information on troubleshooting the situation of one device not reporting or not reporting correctly, within your Norton Product, select Settings > Administrative Settings > Remote Management - ensure it is ON. This should be done after verifying that the Status SoulAsylum mentioned is all green.
