"My Norton" shows "Not protected" ?

When I go to my.norton.com, under "Device Security" it shows in red "You are not protected", and a red circle and "x" around the computer icon.

If I click on "View devices" all computers show "protected", but shows a big exclamation point in red top left besides "Device Security".

Hello Dave. Does the Norton icon in your system tray of your device show any issues?

Well one of the computers that I could get to had a red x on the Norton icon, so I did all the updates on that one, but no change to the online display.

I have a total of 5 computers and 2 I cannot get to at the moment. I will check them later.

I guess it would be helpful if the online management gave more info as to which computer was causing the problem.

Dave the online management is informational only. You'd still have to physically check all the devices so when you can get access to the others and run the checkups, things should look good from there.
