New debit card could not be recognised
I am using Norton Security Premium with automatic renewal setup. As the validity of my company's debit card has ended in September 2018 and I got new one, I tried to change it in My account. Unfortunately, the number of the card could not be recognised thus I can not finish required steps to renew my debit card info. I also tried to delete my old card settings and to newly add my recent card without success. My subscription ends up in mid January 2019 and I hope this situation could be solved until then.
