Hi. Just a backend file update. It updates WSCStub.exe, which will now be version 22.5.6.5.

f4e   thanks for your reply.  have no idea what wscstub.exe(product installer maybe?) is. i'm still listed as ns22.5.5.15.  i was just curious when getting a patch and no one was asking about in the forum. thanks again

Re: new patch-no info

Wscstub.exe with description Norton 360 WSC Stub is a process file from company Symantec Corporation belonging to product Norton 360.
The file is digitally signed from Symantec Corporation - VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer - G2
We do not recommend removing digitally signed files from Symantec Corporation

Above info re this file. NIS ,360 and NS pretty much share the same code nowadays.

That is the version number of your Norton product. The 22.5.6.5 is the version number of the specific file wscstub.exe that you can see by finding that file and right clicking on it and selecting Properties.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: new patch-no info

Hello

Here is the path for that file

C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Security with Backup\Engine\22.5.5.15   Substitute the Norton product that you have.

Thanks.
