New purchase of NOBU results in "Something went wrong" message
I've just downloaded and purchased a renewal key for Norton Online Backup from my Norton Account (I previously used a trial version and let it expire about a year ago).
Eveytime I try to launch NOBU I get this error;"Something went wrong
Nobu is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away.
Click here to go back to the beginning".
I can't launch or activate the product I've just purchased.
I've tried using different web browsers as my default, like IE9, Firefox and Google to see if it is a cookie problem but the result after being asked to login my Norton Account is the same "Somthing went wrong " message.
Who/how do I contact someone to resolve this issue?
