NIS 22.214.171.124 Identity Safe has lost almost half of my log-ins!
Went from Windows 8 to 8.1 and have nothing but issues with the new EPM in IE11 and NIS.
I receive my version of NIS from Comcast and already know that they won't have their version ready until sometime next week. Fine. OK. I've been advised to use the latest trial version of NIS in the meantime.
So, I installed it and it worked, as in, no whining from Windows about compatibility issues.
BUT, when I needed to head on over to some financial sites, I noticed that none of them were being listed (in the GOD-AWFUL new ID Safe)! Since we cannot open the .DAT files ourselves (or can we?), I had to look-up the information from an older .CSV backup I made.
Yup, sure as heck, the .CSV file was showing 97 log-ins and ID Safe had 50!
I've only discovered this in the last 10 minutes, since I've only had NIS installed for 15. I will probably delete my ID Safe info and see what happens when I import the data from the .CSV file.
I did a search but didn't find anyone with a similar issue. If someone has the solution, send it my way! :)
Nevermind...Even though I had told ID Safe from the Toolbar to show all, it didn't. I had double-checked the list in ID Safe from the NIS App itself and all were there. I had to check show all a couple times to get them to "show all".
