Firefox Norton extensions:

Norton Toolbar 2014.7.2.6 (enabled)

Norton Vurnerability Protection 12.2.0.5-1 (enabled)

tried disabling and reenable, no help

My Identity Safe Settings panel shows Firefox as "Status could not be determined" but it doesn't affect the performance of either Firefox or the Identity Safe.

A little bit of knowledge is... well a little bit of knowledge.

Hi. You will only see the Toolbar enabled in Firefox extensions, as nowadays the extensions are injected into the browser.

{That's Identity Protection and Vulnerability Protection}
