No help from Norton

Every time I try to connect, I get the message  that  I can't connect with the web  page.  I am  not intending to pay  what I contracted  to  pay  (  and now find they want me to renew)  until I can get some connunication  with Norton  and  get  some assistance.  Any  way  to do  this?  I just will have to communicate with the bank  and cancel out  -  perthaps the folks at Norton will understand  this.

Hi @jdwins,

Can you please provide more details on the issue you are facing? Are you getting "Cannot connect to page" to your Norton Account website (My.norton.com)?

Could you please share the above details. If the page is 'my.norton.com', it will be very helpful if you could provide the Operating System and browser version you tried to connect.
