no longer able to log into identity safe after reboot on work laptop.
After a recent reboot I am no longer able to log into Identity Safe. I enter my email address and click "Next" and it appears to be searching for my account but nothing further than that happens even after waiting 20 minutes or more. I'm using IE9 (and have tried IE8 compatibility mode as well on Windows 7 Enterprise. I've also tried this with my corporate VPN connected and disconnected with the same result. Another thing I tried was to uninstall and then reinstall the software all to no avail.
