Is Norton always right???

I am trying to download pCloud a Cloud based storage program. Download is OK but Norton says its not to be trusted and deletes the file.

I am wondering if this is because the Company has only been going for a few months.

Any input from forum members would be appreciated The company looks to be legit.

Re: Is Norton always right???

Hello BrianClark

The newness of a file is part of the reason for having a file deleted. You can send the file to www.virustotal.com and see what they say about the file.

You can try to get the company to get the program whitelisted.

Please come back and let us know how you made out. Welcome to the Norton Community Forum also. Thanks.
