Norton Auto Renewal

I just have a quick question on the auto billing feature. According to My Norton I will be billed on 1/26/2018. Could this be taken out of my credit card before that date? I hope not because I am on a very tight budget and this would cause me to go over.

You can contact Live chat, explain the situation to them and they should be able to answer your question.

Re: Norton Auto Renewal

Hello HelenS

You can also turn off auto-renewal and shop around for your Norton product and find it on sale at some legitimate store or a legit online website.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.

If I were you, I would disable, or turn-off Auto-Renew.  After that, make your renewal when you are ready, some days before expiration; and pay then with your credit card; but then check again to be sure to disable Auto-Renew again.

You have to contact Norton Support to resolve any subscription issues.    www.norton.com/contactcs

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: Norton Auto Renewal

Hello javier Salinas

Welcome to the Norton Community Forum

I would contact customer support as they are the ones who take care of subscription matters. I would also recommend that you turn off auto-renewal and remove the credit card info. Then you can shop around for a good price and enter the new key a day or 2 before your license expires. I would also recommend that you contact your credit card company and tell them not to pay that charge.

After you enter your new key, make sure again that auto renewal is still turned off and remove credit card info once again.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.
