Norton community watch won't enable

Hi there,

I've been having some issues with my PC, and I'd like to make sure Norton gets the logs and any other data related to that issue. I've tried enabling the "Norton Community Watch" setting but it keeps switching off when I hit "apply".

Am I perhaps doing something wrong?

Thanks for reporting in Norton Community Forums. Can you please below information for further investigation? 

Norton Security installed version?
Windows Operating system?
Did you try enabling Norton Community Watch from Windows Admin account?
Norton Security LiveUpdates are updated to latest definitions and tried enabling Community watch after system restart?
