When i use Firefox 50.0.2 and click on the icon to login to the id safe, i keep getting the same error
Hi @Wayne Sharpe,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have sent you a private message requesting more details on the issue. Please check it when you get a chance. Thanks.
I am still having the same problem. Will there be a solution soon?
hey, same error here on FF 50.0.2 on macOS 10.12
I'm having the same issue...
Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64 bit.
No Firefox Extensions shows:
Norton Identity Safe Toolbar 2014.7.12.35 (disabled)
When I select more, tells me its incompatible with Firefox 50.0.2 and the last update was Thursday, December 08, 2016 [ TODAY! ].
It was working earlier today, and for a while it would call
and prompt for vault password.
Then it would call them open a tab and close it and the 'Sorry, something went wrong' would popup.
Now nothing...no error....no username/password logo to click!!!
Please see this thread for more information.
Please check out this thread and see if it will help you. I think it will.
FWIW, I can get into ID Safe on WIN 10 using FF 50.2.
I have seen that same message that Wayne Sharpe posted. I saw it when I had my Local Vault open on Norton Security Suite (Comcast). I figured it was because the extension for FF does not support a Local Vault.
Posted for info only.
The image posted is from the old ID Safe toolbar add on. That one is no longer compatible with FF.
The new FF extension shows with the new ID Safe grey icon.
