Norton Identity Safe does not show all logins

I have Norton 360 installed on 3 PCs. With Norton Identity safe used Online and available on all 3 PCs and a Mac (this I installed from your site, but upgraded via AppStore).

None of the PCs or Mac show all the Logins availabe OnLine. They used to but now they only show 3 out of a possible 80+ Logins. This makes the solution worthless.

Is there a way to force a sync, or to fix the problem? Is the MAC version causing problems for the PCs.

Please help/advise.

Thank you for your quick reply. Is there any risk that I may lose any logins? Is there a way to create a backup from the online site?

Hi Zeebzog,

Log into your online vault,  Click on your ID Safe button, select Settings and then Export from the drop down and follow the prompts.  Note if you are using a 2012 product, you may not have to select Settings - I can't remember Settings is involved or Options may even be used.  But Export is the function you are looking for.

If you have any problems, please post back with the Norton Product name and version that you are using.  You can find the version via Main Page of product > Support > About.

Please keep us posted!

PS The possibility of losing your logins always exsist - so it is best to Export/Backup your logins to a safe location on a regular basis.

Re: Norton Identity Safe does not show all logins

One way to be able to check if all the log ins are still there is to do the export to a CSV format as well as the DAT format.

You will be able to open the CSV file in Notepad to see how many log ins are recorded.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
