Norton Identity Safe is DOWN
I have 2 Windows 10 PCs and use MS Edge as my default browser, and use the Norton Identity Safe extension to keep track of my website logins and passwords. I cannot open the vault--I get an error saying "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." This happens on both PCs. When I try to contact support through the Norton Security Suite I'm issued a trouble ticket then am told that Support Chat is unavailable. Similarly I cannot successfully log in to my online vault.
What is going on?
