Norton Identity Safe Glitch

I notice a glitch with Identity safe in that if you add a certain amount of logins and start arranging them into folders, the favicon of the last identity safe no longer appears.

For example, if I have 50 logins and start moving some of those logins into the folders, the last logins of the logins that is not in the folders start losing their favicons.  It doesn't show next to the logins in the "all logins" list.  I can confirm this behavior on two computers, so it is not an isolated problem with just one PC.  Also, I notice that the problem continue on a new PC (well a factory wipe, so there is no NIS bugs).

The problem does not occur if all the logins are not in folders.  It only happens if some of the logins are in folders and some are not.

Be sure you have run LiveUpdate, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.

You can also try running AutoFix to check your Norton installation and try to fix what it finds. Click on Support- Get Support.

Re: Norton Identity Safe Glitch

I have already done this and the "glitch" caries over factory restores.  I think there is a "limit" or something that limits the showing of the favicon.  I've replicated the glitch on two PCs and after a certain number of logins, the last login that is not in the folder won't have a favicon showing.  As more logins is saved after the "limit," starting from the last one, the favicons won't show (i.e. second last login, third last, and so on).

I'm thinking there is some sort of glitch with the ID Safe.

Re: Norton Identity Safe Glitch

If it is a limit, that does not make it a glitch. It may not make sense to users with many, many logins. Maybe a suggestion in the Product Suggestions board will get this for you in a future version.

BTW, I have asked for this thread to be moved to the board for Identity Safe for better exposure and possibly an answer from the ID Safe team.
