Norton Identity Safe keeps asking me to sign in
For the last couple days, each time I try to open my Vault after a re-boot of Windows 10, Identity Safe asks me to sign into my Norton Account first. After I enter all my info, it says "Communicating With Server" -- only to re-open the same "sign in" window over and over again.
Sometimes, if I re-start Firefox (and yes, its the latest version) thats all it takes. But sometimes I have to re-boot my PC, and go through the whole procedure again before it will open properly. I even changed my password for my Norton's account - in case that was the problem, which apparently it wasn't.
I have read numerous posts in the forums describing the exact same problem, so I know that I am not alone here.
Norton Identity Safe has been working flawlessly since I installed it with the Windows 10 upgrade for almost 3 weeks, despite re-boots and Windows 10 updates. This is something that just started happening yesterday, and I haven't changed any settings, or installed any new software.
