Identity Safe online vault keeps logging out after about 5 minutes.
Hello LostInJax Open your Norton dashboard and go to the top right and find the word "Help", open it. In the next screen look to the left menu and find "Get Support', click and allow an automated check to run. It will correct any issues it finds.
If you are on Windows 10 shutting down "fast boot" will alleviate issues. Here is how to disable it in case you are not familiar with how: https://community.norton.com/en/forums/windows-881-or-10-and-fast-start-feature-0
If what SoulAsylum has suggested does not help, please go to Identity Safe Settings > Security Tab > and verify that the "Close Vault after (so many) minutes of inactivity" is NOT selected. Don't forget the SAVE.
