Norton Identity safe is not autofilling on some websites

I have some sites that started not autofilling the logon credentials. I phoned support and they told me to report them with feedback on the toolbar and I would get a response in 48 hours. I have done this a few tomes over the last 3 months and never get back any response as to whether they are looking at it or can't fix it. These site do not work with Edge, Firefox or Chrome but most seem to work with IE. it would be nice to get some response as to whether these issues are going to be addressed or if I need to be looking at some other password manager.

Hello ljwnevpl

Sorry you have had a problem with that. Could you please list those troublesome sites in your next post. I think if you listed them here, then the  Admins or Gurus will see your post and they will be able to contact the concerned teams. They then should be able to fix it at least in some of those browsers since you are having difficulties in more than 1 browser.

Thanks.

Re: Norton Identity safe is not autofilling on some websites

I've been having this issue since early September.  Have reported it via feedback several times and gotten no response.  I had a thread open on it here but it has been closed with no solution.  The site that is causing me trouble is Royal Bank of Canada online banking.  It will work in IE (which I don't have installed on this computer as I don't use it) but does not work in either Chrome (my browser of choice) or Edge.  I have another computer in the house with IE and access to the same vault and that one is working.  Is the only solution to install IE for that website?  The vault does recognize the login page as it will show you the available logins when you click the icon in the top of the screen but neither the username nor password will be filled in.

I did get a lot of questions from a support person on the Norton Facebook site about a week ago but haven't heard anything since then. Thought they were working on the login issues but looks like they are back to ignoring it.

Re: Norton Identity safe is not autofilling on some websites

I have also reported a few pages where filling out the login fields does not work!
Example: https://www.sparkasse-gevelsberg.de/de/home.html
In this combination
Windows 10 / Firefox 57.0 (64-bit) / Norton Identity Save Add-on Version 5.1.0.80
It does not work!

However, it works without problems with the combination
Windows 7 / Firefox 57.0 (32-bit) / Norton Identity Save Add-on Version 2.1.0.24
