Norton is not working since I purchased it a few days ago...

I purchased Norton from Amazon and downloaded it onto my computer and it is not working.  The support, online chat is frustrating and when it came my turn to chat it timed out.  This has happened several time and this is frustrating.  I need this software or return my money.

Do you download from Amazon or direct from Norton?

Have you entered your Key number? which I guess would be either on a Card received from Amazon or in an email from them, depending on the method of installation.

What was your previous security program? How was it removed? What Norton product did you purchase? What version is it? What operating system are you using? Sorry for all the questions, but we really need the answers to do some trouble shooting here. Thanks.
