Norton Online Backup - Guru Needed !!
I could use your help! I'm not an expert in IT (or much else for that matter).
I've had Norton Online Backup for some time, however my desktop PC has been out of commission of since December I need to download or restore its files on a different PC.
When I log onto my account I see and icon for my desktop PC. Next to the PC icon is a message that 17 GB are stored comprised of 15,000 files. The PC icon is faded, however, and there is an X appearing within the icon. Whenever I request to take any action with these files nothing happens. After the request runs for a minute or so an error page appears with a message that "Something Went Wrong". So I can't download, restore, email link, etc. In short, I can't get access to my data.
There is another PC connected with my account and I haven't had any problem accessing or downloading files from this PC.
My subscription is paid in full and I have storage to spare. Any ideas about what I should do to get access to my data? Your help would be more than greatly appreciated!
