Norton Online Backup is not working
I now have a total of 19GB of Storage, my only problem is I can not get my Norton 360 to recognize and do a backup. I keep getting a red square with an x in it. The product keeps telling me to "Please logon to Norton Account and activate your online backup subscription" which I just purchased today (10/2/2012).
However - and this is the catch - there is nowhere on my account page to "activate" my online subscription. Under the word "Download" there is this - "Not Applicable"
I have an Order Number and a Serial number. and a charge to my credit card but no access to Norton Online Backup.
So, unless someone can tell me how to fix this I guess I'm out my $39.00 with a bad feeling and a broken product.
