Norton Online Backup Restore Files feature doesn't work

I have been trying for three weeks now to restore files using the "Restore Files" function on NOBU - and it doesn't work. I've tried restoring one file, multiple files - and nothing works. I've tried restoring them to the desktop, restoring them to the original location - and nothing works. I e-mailed Customer Service about two weeks ago - and heard nothing back. The only thing that works is the "Download a File" function, but you can only download one file at a time! Obviously, this is extremely labor-intensive to manually download one file at a time. Based on other posts I'm seeing on this board, Restoring Files doesn't seem to work for anybody. What gives?

FYI, I'm not receiving any sort of error messages or anything. I'm running NOBU on Google Chrome.

Have been having the same problems with online backup since October last year. I have been sending e mails to various addresses on Norton website almost weekly but I cannot get any response. M. South has promised to contact me but has gone the same way as the few other offers of "help" - just ignored. I have lost some very valuable files but no one at Norton seems to care. I have lost all faith in them and when renewal time comes around I will go back to faithful MacAfee.   Dave
