If you do not want the Norton Password Manager filling in login information, you can just go to the extensions manager for your browser and disable the Norton Password Manager extension.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hello Robert. In your password manager setting look for the setting in the screenshot below and uncheck the box next to it. Restart your brower.

I want the Norton Password Manager to continue filling in the login information. I do not want Autochange to assign a new password I want to want to develop my own password if the computer tells me to change password.

Not sure exactly what you have in mind, but thinking along the lines of if you use the Autochange you desire to manually input a new password instead of NPM generating one for you.
