Norton Safe Web NOT functioning properly 2/13/18.

It would seem that, when i attempt to access other pages of my reviews, i am hit with, "We're sorry, we are unable to process your request..."  Very annoying to say the least.  I have also noticed that a slew of my recent reviews documenting questionable activity have been arbitrarily voted down.  Good to see that i once again have the attention of the criminals (laughs) ;-)  

I am also noticing with this site, to undo auto-correct, i used to be able to just hit backspace and it would respect my wish that yes, i wanted a lower case i.  Now, after my prose is typed, i have to manually insert where i want my lower case i.  Not the biggest concern, but, still kinda annoying...

Update:- Looks like as of 2/18/18 still cannot access any pages on my profile on Safe Web: https://safeweb.norton.com/profile/Hammer%20Bro/reviews outside of page 1.

I just clicked on the link you posted in your previous post. I got to your site. The last post was from 6 days ago. I'm using IE 11 Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. You posted just after midnight. It's now after 4:30 PM on the 19th.The Safe Web Team probably fixed it after that time. They were just starting work around the time of your last post.

I saw what you meant when I tried page 2. Page 1 worked fine.

I get the "We're Sorry" on mostly every member on Safe Web. If a member has more that 1 page of reviews, you can't see the other pages. Also some members when you click their name you get the "We're Sorry" page. It's just not mine and H.B's account.It's about 98% of the members on Safe Web.

I'm not sure if this is something that Safe Web can fix or if it is some Symantec Server which is acting up randomly. I hope to get an answer from the Safe Web Team over night. If it's a Server issue, then I will attempt to contact someone. who can get this fixed.

Not out of the woods just yet...  Another troubling inconsistency i'm noticing is that the system is indicating (0) reviews, yet, from my screenshot, you can clearly see that, in fact, i have issued a review.  Please take note of the following screenshot captured from Safe Web as of 2/23/18 at around 2AM:

I'm wondering if that inconsistency has anything to do with the time of your screenshot. Normally, that's the time that the Safe Web Team is working. I don't know, but perhaps it's possible it's not showing up yet because it was during their work time. I am assuming the time you mentioned is US time? That Team is off for the weekend.

I mean, i guess i could understand if the review was issued during the maintenance, however, it was issued over ten [10] days ago and was reflecting the zero [0].  As of today, 2/24/2018, at around 3:45AM, it is reflecting correctly and Safe Web is stable... at least for now.
