norton security stopped working report

hello everyone,i just installed norton security to my laptop,windows 7 system,but it cant work on my laptop, when i try to run it,then there is warning frame says" norton security stopped working". it also shows "symantec error reporting sopped working" too in another dialog constantly.nyone can tell me wats wrong with it?and how to solve the problem?thx very much!

Nothing news to me.
I have this problem already for 4 months. 
When i try to do a Quick Scan. It's crashes. And every time i contact Norton. They 'fix'  it. (For short time) and give me a free month Security. And then when you Turn off, and then Turn On your PC again. The Fix has gone.

I'm experiencing this with W10. And you on W7 right? So, meaning it's not an Windows problem.

i contacted norton tech support, they didnt fix the problem by remote control finally. anyway, i dont know wats wrong till now. then i applied for refunding, terrible experience.

Hello

Do you have any other real time security program installed? What was your last security program and how was it removed? Did you try to install it on a infected machine? Having an infected machine can make it impossible to install. If you want, I can send you to a free site where they will help you to check out your computer for malware.

Another possibility is that your hard drive might be damaged or have bad sectors in it. Run the check disk program.

Three posts in 4 minutes will not get you any responses to the lack of info you have provided. 

Please start a new thread, stating exactly what operating System you are running, your Norton Product and the version, how the situation occurred (what were you doing prior to the time it  disappeared).  The more info you can include the better we can assist you.

Also the vast majority of questions asked on the forum are answered  by other users (just like you are a user)  who volunteer their time to assist other users.  As volunteers our time is limited by real-life factors, so someone may not respond immediately.
