Norton Security Toolbar 2018.13.2.22 Hidden By Default

The latest version of Norton Security Toolbar (2018.13.2.22) for Chrome has been released to address a few bug fixes. With this update, the Norton Security Toolbar will be hidden by default.

Instead of this, why not treat the change to Norton Security Toolbar in a similar manner to how it was treated for Firefox? For Firefox, the Norton Security Toolbar was replaced with Norton Safe Web which shows an icon of a green check mark when web sites are considered "safe".

In Chrome now, the Toolbar icon alone doesn't seem especially informative compared to the Norton Safe Web icon (green check mark) used for Firefox.

I think folks miss that easily seen assurance of a "safety" icon that has been retained in Firefox. And why not try to make interface appearance somewhat consistent between Firefox and Chrome?

The icon in Chrome does change colour when it blocks a phishing or malicious website.  Test here.
