Norton toolbar & IE 64-bit

Why doesn't the toolbar work with IE9 64-bit yet? The 64-bit browser has less problems, is faster and rarely freezes/crashes.

I bought a new HP Windows7 64-bit laptop because it is faster and more stable. It's upsetting to have to use the 32-bit IE9 so I can use my Norton logins, only to have my browser freeze up on me everyday.

Are they EVER going to enable the toolbar to work with a 64-bit browser???

A coincidence is a small miracle in which God chooses to remain anonymous.

Hi wagygirl,

Just cruious - have you tried IE 10 yet - if IE 9 is freezing up?

Too many websites are not compatable with IE10.

Just gave up and use IE9 32-bit

Thanks for the feedback - I was just curious if you had a reason or not.

It could happen - At least they are now supporting 64bit MS Office (specifically the Spam add-in for Outlook) with the v21 product releases...
