Not Showing Online Status Of My PC

Hello. Today, I removed my PC from the list in my account. Of course, it caused my Norton to be completely disabled on my PC.

After 5 or 10 minutes, I clicked on Activate Now button in my Norton Security and logged in with my account and selected my Annual Subscription which showed in the list. My Norton Security activated; but NOW when I check my device (PC) online status in my account, it shows NO LIGHT beside it.

As you can see in the picture, my laptop and cell phone online status is SHOWN.

This happened to my PC after removing it from my account and adding it again!

What should I do now to bring that online status light back? Let me mention that, Remote Management is on, in my Norton Security settings.

Please help me fix this. Thank you.

Hello again. The problem solved! I just removed the device and the license BOTH from my account and then activated my Norton Security from within the program (Norton Security) by clicking on Activate Now button.

After that, renamed my device from within my account and restarted my PC.

Everything went fine and now the online status light is showing and working... :D
