NS is taking all processors. I try to stop him, but I have a message: Access denied. I need to reboot the pc so it stops. How to solve this?

Download and run the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool from www.norton.com/nrnr
Be sure you read the Before you begin section. Also be sure you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.
