Old account

Bought new (different cover) norton in a Feb but it keep saying that I am running out of time. Worked out it's old one. How do I get rid of the old one that appear on service section. Very confusing for an OAP. Did ring them and they did all sort of thing, new norton is fine working as expected but the message saying to renew in red keep show up.

Re: Old account

@Oap

The first thing I can suggest is to follow the instructions on this Norton support page to remove and reinstall your product:

https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v60392881_EndUserProfile_en_us

Old subscriptions? You can't get rid of them, I have a Norton System works listed from 2005 and many more up to my current NSBU. You can hide them though. After you reinstall and activate your product from your Feb. purchase just log into your Norton Account/Management and select the Services Tab. Towards the upper right-hand corner you will see a Show: All Services>. Hover over the Arrow and it will point down and select what you want to see.  All Services, Active, Expired, Trial. If you select Active, it will only show the current active product (s). Please post back here with your results. Thanks.

Re: Old account

Where did you purchase your new Norton? Did you enter the new product key into your Norton Product?

If you did not purchase directly from Norton, the remaining time on the old product will not be added to the new subscription key. What you can do is contact Norton Support and ask them to combine the new key with the old. That way you will not lose the remaining time.   www.norton.com/contactcs

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
