My Norton Online Backup won't work in manual or automatic mode. Any suggestions, PLEASE?
There are a multitude of things that could be causing that to be taking place. Your best bet is to reach out to Tier 1 via https://www.norton.com/chat and have them perform a remote support session. They can then login to your computer, with your approval, and diagnose the matter. One thing to ensure they don't do is uninstall and reinstall. It's a unecessary step in most cases.
